Pull it and push it!

How does it work?Sit on the seat, grab the handle, place your feet on the foot pedals. Push the handle ahead and move foot pedals upwards while the seat goes up. This machine gives your body a good stretch. Try and do it quickly, it is a good cardiovascular machine too!
